March was a month heavy with big ticket events for Kate. She kicked the month off on March 1st with a visit to the Welsh Guards for St. David’s Day—like St. Patrick’s Day but for Wales. Prince William became the Colonel of the Regiment after the Queen’s death, and this was his debut in the role. The Princess chose a new McQueen coat in a striking red that stood out against the grey uniforms around her. She paired it with a black topper by Juliette Botterill and cozy Gianvito Rossi boots.
