The Wales Family Skiing in the Alps

On Monday, I hypothesized that William, Kate, and family were skiing, and sure enough, we got confirmation by Wednesday when pictures of the little family enjoying their ski holiday on April 3rd emerged in Paris Match and other outlets.

According to Paris Match, the family stayed in a “discreet chalet” owned by close friends that sits at the edge of one of the resort’s forests. They were close to a ski lift that provided access to the Three Valleys. The article painted a picture of private and relaxed domestic bliss, including (by the time the family had left and reporters were on the scene) a melting snowman the children had made outside the chalet.
